Delete your PrepStack account

You can delete your PrepStack account and all of its data at any time. This applies to accounts made with Google and with email and password, on the website and in the Android app.

Delete my account

This opens PrepStack. Sign in if you're asked to, then confirm.

In the Android app

1. Open PrepStack and tap Settings (the sliders icon at the top).
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Google, or with your password.

On the website

1. Go to prepstackapp.netlify.app and sign in.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm with Google, or with your password.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account: name, email and profile photo.
• Your fridge: its containers, their history, its layout and settings. People you shared it with lose access.
• Your invite links.
• Your membership of fridges other people share with you. You're removed from them.

Deletion happens immediately and can't be undone. Your name may remain in the history of containers in other people's fridges until they delete those containers. Nothing else is kept.

Can't sign in?

Email twoflowerapps@gmail.com from the address you use with PrepStack, and we'll delete the account and its data within 30 days.
